Lishan sits at over 2,500 meters above sea level, where cloud cover is near-constant and day-night temperature swings exceed 15°C. These extremes create some of Taiwan's finest oolong. Every spring and autumn, Tea Essence's team makes the winding journey to Lishan to work alongside our partner farmers, assessing harvest timing and processing quality.
